I recently took a Mindfulness course and learned about Metta or unconditional and unattached loving kindness. I was inspired by the concept and asked a fellow artist on Etsy to make me these four silver pendants with words related to Metta, then added some semi-precious gemstones for additional "good luck" and I now use it as a talisman on my handbag.
