Two years ago I saw a version of this necklace at the Hobbybeurs in Mechelen and bought the kit. Seems I never had the time to get started on it, but then last fall I finally strung 4 metres of beads on a wire, crocheted them into an 8-metre strand and then grouped and twisted the whole thing (desperately trying not to get tangeled up in between :-)!) into this gorgeous necklace. Idea and most beads from glasPerlen, with additions of my own.
